Gao Sujuan, born in 1966, a member of the Communist Party of China in Suqian, is now the chief monitor of the weaving workshop of Jiangsu arrow Lu wool spinning Limited by Share Ltd and the Thirteenth National People's Congress.

In 1988, Gao Sujuan entered the work of arrow deer wool spinning (then the first wool textile mill in Suqian), and became a truck driver in the weaving workshop.
