In March 29th this year, Mr. Li of Huizhou bought 3380 pairs of black leather shoes at GUCCI store in the Mixc, Shenzhen.

Two months later, when he was wearing GUCCI black shoes, Mr. Lee found that his white socks had been darken more than half of his toes.

Mr. Li was very puzzled about this. He said that in two months, the number of shoes that he wore was numbered. His shoes were almost brand new. "Ridiculous! How can you buy shoes that require you to wear black socks?" recalled Mr. Lee at the scene.

In this regard, he asked the GUCCI staff to give a solution, and the reply was "to contact the headquarters again", but never heard of it.

On the contrary, Mr. Li complained to the Shenzhen Municipal Council on 18 November this year, and the complaint was then pferred to the Luohu District Consumer Council.


"I just want to protect my legitimate rights and interests," Mr. Li said. "I can't believe that such an international brand of GUCCI service is so undeserved."

Chen Zhaohui, the legal department of the municipal Consumer Council, said that the implementation of the "consumer law" in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone stipulates that consumers and operators who have disputes over the quality of commodities can be sent to a statutory testing institution for testing.

As for the problem that the color fastness of leather shoes can not be detected, Chen Zhaohui believes that this is difficult to detect and identify. According to the regulations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the burden of proof is reversed. The burden of proof is proved by the operator, and the quality of leather shoes is proved to be too good.
