In the first half of this year, the economy of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps remained stable and relatively fast, with a gross output value of 20 billion 392 million yuan, an increase of 13.1% over the same period last year. The total import and export volume of the Corps was US $2 billion 475 million, an increase of 22.2% over the same period last year, of which the total export volume was US $2 billion 168 million, an increase of 18.8% over the same period last year, and the total import volume was 307 million US dollars, an increase of 53%.

Kazakhstan is still the largest trading partner of the Corps, accounting for 58% of the total import and export volume of the Corps.

Trade with Kyrgyz, Germany and other countries decreased compared with the same period last year, but not much.


3, the growth rate of import and export of state-owned enterprises is higher than that of private enterprises.

Nongken share, Xinjiang Wanda, I Konobu, Xinjiang Tianye and other state owned enterprises grew faster and faster than the same period last year, and the growth rate of private enterprises slowed down, with an increase of 17.8% in imports and exports.


4, traditional export commodities have increased steadily, and the import of mechanical and electrical products, agricultural products, fertilizers and non-ferrous metals has increased significantly.

In 1-5 months, the traditional superiority products exported by the Corps grew steadily.

Clothing and clothing accessories exported 697 million US dollars, an increase of 18.4%; the export of mechanical and electrical products increased by US $304 million, an increase of 72.8%, of which the export of motor vehicles and auto parts was US $112 million, an increase of 124%; the export of textile yarns and fabrics was 210 million US dollars, an increase of 1.7%; footwear exports 177 million US dollars, down 7.9%; exports of glass products were 61 million dollars, increasing by degrees; and tomato paste exports were US dollars and growth.

S. dollars, an increase of 12 times.


5, the export of self produced products continued to grow.

In 1-5 months, the Corps exported 284 million US dollars, 1.6 times more than the previous year.

Among the main export commodities, ketchup exports were 59 million 918 thousand US dollars, an increase of 14.4%; plastic products and polyvinyl chloride exports were US $60 million 84 thousand, an increase of 5.4 times, and exports of vegetables, dried fruits, citric acid, coke and other products increased 1-5 times over the previous year.
